生命离不开呼吸,新鲜的空气是人体健康的基础。城市生活环境中灰尘大,空气品质差。传统空调将制冷采暖的污浊空气和少量室外空气混合使用,造成室内空气质量低劣,异味也无法排出,根本无法满足人体健康呼吸要求。

而在辐射式冷暖系统控制室内温度条件的基础上,置换式新风系统就主要承担了供给人体所需新鲜空气的作用。室外空气经过除尘处理,以每秒0.3米的缓慢速度由地面新风口送入室内。新鲜空气遇人体等热源受热缓慢上升,并逐渐包围整个人体。无论高低转向如何,人体都可以吸入新鲜健康的空气。呼出的热气废气升至顶棚,由顶部设置的排风口排出。如此低送高回,室内空气形成每小时多次完整置换。

置换式新风系统与传统空调相比具有健康卫生,无风感无噪音,利于排除室内异味,且风管截面小,运营成本低的优点。

传统空调系统利用冷(热)风对流方式制冷或采暖,室内各区域温度不均,人体舒适度很差,甚至产生"空调症"。

辐射式冷暖系统采用预埋设在混凝土楼板结构中的水管,运行低热水流,利用楼板表面作为热辐射面,以控制室内温度长期在人体舒适范围200C~260C之间。

辐射式冷暖系统室内各区域温度均匀,人体舒适度极高,无风刺激感,无噪声,并且还有良好的恒定性,热效率很高,进一步降低了整个建筑能耗。

连续式外维护系统采用优良性能的保温隔热材料在建筑外维护结构外表面连续铺设,并与低传热系数节能建筑外窗系统相结合,对整个建筑形成完整严密地维护,以抵御各种恶劣气象条件。

连续式外维护系统将整个建筑每平米采暖制冷所需能耗降低至50瓦左右,实现比现有建筑综合节能约70%。同时为辐射式冷暖系统和置换式新风系统的高效运作提供保证,以实现建筑室内稳定的温度湿度环境。降低了整个建筑能耗。
